Kodak hopeful of moving out of bankruptcy in 2013

COIMBATORE: Kodak, the iconic company that pioneered home photography, is confident of emerging out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy this year. With the renewed focus on commercial imaging and functional printing and the expected sale of personalised imaging and photo finishing businesses, Kodak would emerge out of bankruptcy in 2013, a senior company official said. "We have successfully resolved our legacy issues. We are well on track and would emerge out of bankruptcy before the end of this year," said Oscar Planas, managing director, India, South-East Asia, Kodak.
